As part of the project "Increasing investment in public buildings with low carbon emissions in Bosnia and Herzegovina", online training of appointed persons for energy management was organized for the representatives of public institutions and companies which are under the jurisdiction of local self-government units of the Republic of Srpska.
During the training provided by "Education nLogic" from Sarajevo, the participants attended presentations in the following areas:
• Legal framework and energy management system in the Republic of Srpska;
• Energy management at the facility level;
• Energy renovation of buildings - improving energy efficiency and renewable energy sources at the level of the building by applying measures of improvement from the architectural and construction aspect;
• Energy renovation of buildings - improving energy efficiency and renewable energy sources at the building level by applying measures of improvement from the aspect of technical systems and lighting;
A representative of the Agency for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska attended the training on November 30, 2022.

The Steering Board of the Agency for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska unanimously adopted the Proposal of Standards for the Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions and Study Programs of the First and Second Cycle (Standards), at the 38th regular session held on October 31, 2022. The standards for accreditation were prepared for more than a year, they passed a thorough public discussion in the academic community of Srpska, and received a positive opinion from the Council for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska at the Council's session held on August 31, 2022.

The General Assembly of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) was held from October 26 to 29, 2022 in Stockholm, Sweden, and special attention was paid to current issues in higher education.
Assistant Director for Accreditation and International Cooperation Duška Radmanović attended the Assembly as a representative of the Agency for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska.

The Agency for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska participated in the work of the conference titled New Perspectives on Global Education, Research and Innovation, organized by the University "Luigj Gurakuqi" from Shkodra.
Considering the fact that there is a great interest of partner agencies and higher education institutions in the region for this type of project, Agency director, Prof. Biljana Vojvodic, PhD spoke at the conference, through the Zoom application, about the project Ranking Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Srpska.
The working part of the conference was preceded by the solemn ceremony of marking the University’s jubilee.
