The Sector for General Affairs performs administrative and professional tasks related to administrative resolution, human resources, personal records of employees and access to information, monitoring and application of laws and bylaws, other regulations and general acts, preparation of submissions and legal representation, preparation of materials for Management Board, Committee for Appeals and Complaints, Accreditation Council and other working bodies of the Agency, keeping minutes and drafting acts resulting from the work of these bodies, keeping the Register of accredited higher education institutions and study programs, keeping records and keeping documentation on professional recognition of foreign higher education qualifications, normative-legal affairs, affairs of preparation of working materials of general acts, texts of agreements and contracts, planning and execution of the Agency's budget, preparation of final accounts, keeping financial records and treasury, bookkeeping, preparation of plans and programs of work and financial operations and work reports and financial operations, technical and auxiliary operations for the needs of the Agency and coordination of public relations.
