On January 11, representatives of the Agency for Higher Education of Republic of Srpska met with Mairead Boland, senior manager for the regulation of academic integrity and strategic partnership of the Quality and Qualifications Agency of Ireland (QQI) to discuss the terms for Agency joining the Global Academic Integrity Network (GAIN).
GAIN was officially launched in October 2022 in Dublin, co-founded by the Quality and Qualifications Agency of Ireland (QQI) and the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency of Australia (TEQSA).

The network deals with issues of protection and promotion of academic integrity, and exchanges practices between members on procedures for sanctioning and preventing misconduct in the academic community. Recognizing that misconduct in the academic community is a global problem that has long transcended national borders and the legislation of individual countries, GAIN gathers more than 30 members from countries around the world, both quality assurance agencies and other institutions dealing with higher education issues.
After analysing the criteria for joining the Network, it was concluded that the Agency of Republic of Srpska meets all the requirements to become a full member of the Global Network of Academic Integrity.
The Agency of Republic of Srpska was represented by Assistant Director for Accreditation and International Cooperation Duska Radmanovic and expert advisor for accreditation Tatjana Radakovic.
