The Head of the Department for Quality Assurance and International Cooperation in the Higher Education Accreditation Agency of the Republic of Srpska, Duška Radmanović, participated on September 17, 2020 at a meeting aimed at assessing the impact of structural projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina funded by the European Union.

The assessment was launched by the Higher Education Expert Support Initiative on behalf of the European Commission and the EU Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture.

The assessment is primarily focused on the analysis of the impact of structural projects under the Erasmus + (Erasmus +) capacity building program in higher education.

The meeting included talks with representatives of higher education institutions as well as with representatives of institutions responsible for higher education systems in BiH, and it was concluded that structural projects significantly contribute to the development of policies, strategies, procedures and strengthening cooperation networks of the academic community.

Radmanović pointed out that, having in mind the complex administrative structure of BiH, it is necessary to include as partners in structural projects representatives of all levels of government, especially institutions responsible for the adoption and implementation of specific measures, in order to ensure project sustainability.
