The Agency for Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska actively participated in the workshop "Efficient, accessible and transparent accreditation of study programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina" held through the Zoom platform, April 21-22, 2021, which concluded that the accreditation of study programs is one of the most important challenges for the competent institutions in the coming period.

Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) - the workshop was organized by the Erasmus + Office in BiH, in cooperation with the team of experts for higher education reform in B&H (HERE).

International expert in the field of higher education Prof. Mile Dzelalija, PhD, from the University of Split presented the approach to quality assurance in the European Union, as well as Croatia's experience in accrediting study programs.

The Agency of the Republic of Srpska was represented by the director, Prof. Biljana Vojvodic, PhD, and associates Duska Radmanović and Tatjana Radakovic.

On the second day of the conference, Vojvodic was one of the panelists, and presented the activities of the Republika Srpska Agency in the field of accreditation of study programs, emphasizing the importance of further development of standards and criteria for external evaluation that enable more meaningful and consistent approach to this important area.

The workshop gathered close to a hundred participants, representatives of various institutions dealing with higher education, as well as representatives of higher education institutions from B&H, and it was concluded that it is necessary to intensify activities on the accreditation of study programs.
